Luke H. Rubenstein began his legal career in 2018 and has since represented clients across a wide spectrum of personal injury matters. His work has included automobile and trucking accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice claims, and workplace injury cases. Luke earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from West Virginia University in 2015. Following this, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Michigan State University College of Law, graduating in 2018. This educational foundation gave him both the analytical and legal skills necessary to handle complex personal injury disputes effectively.
Luke entered practice with strong ties to West Virginia, having grown up in the state’s eastern panhandle. His decision to return after law school reflects his dedication to serving the people of his home state. He was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2019, the West Virginia Bar in 2020, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia the same year.
