Andrew M. Coffarelli

Andrew M. Coffarelli is an associate attorney with Williams DeLoatche, P.C., representing clients throughout the Hampton Roads area. His practice is informed by his years of military service, prosecutorial experience, and commitment to advocacy. He works diligently to deliver effective strategies and strong representation for individuals navigating complex legal challenges.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Law & Policy from Liberty University in 2019 and earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he gained litigation experience at the offices of the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorneys, the Portsmouth General District Court, and with both public interest firms and private practices. He was also selected for a course taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

Before joining Williams DeLoatche, Andrew served as a law clerk with the Court of Appeals of Virginia and as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Southside Virginia. His trial work as a prosecutor provided him with practical courtroom skills and valuable insight into the justice system. He practices in all local state courts of Hampton Roads, bringing focus and determination to every case.

Andrew also served nearly 12 years in the Navy Reserve as a Master-at-Arms (Military Police), including three tours overseas. This service further shaped his discipline, sense of duty, and dedication to protecting others—qualities that continue to define his legal career. His combined background in military, prosecutorial, and private practice uniquely equips him to advocate for his clients with precision and resolve.
