Lizz Kuhn

Lizz Kuhn is a partner at North Metro Litigators in Woodstock, Georgia. She began practicing law in 2005 and represents clients in family law, divorce, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters. Her practice also includes Simple Wills, Durable Healthcare Power of Attorney forms, Financial Power of Attorney forms, and Trusts today.

Lizz earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Liberty State College, graduating Cum Laude. She then attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her J.D. and graduated Magna Cum Laude, in the top 3% of her class, while serving on the New England Law Review.

Lizz completed an Honors Judicial Internship with the Honorable Peter C. DiGangi at the Massachusetts Family and Probate Court in 2004. Since entering practice, she has represented many clients in divorce, child custody, child support, abandonment, parental rights termination, DFCS cases, contempt, legitimations, and paternity actions in Georgia courts statewide.

Lizz is admitted in Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, Federal Bankruptcy Court, and Federal District Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including the Family Law Section, the Women’s Bar, and the Young Attorneys Division.

During law school, she received the West’s Academic Excellence Award and was recognized as most likely to succeed in the practice of law for her strong academic and leadership work.
