Lisa S. Fabreguette

Lisa S. Fabreguette is the founder of Schoettger Fabreguette Law Office, where she serves clients across the Treasure Valley, Magic Valley, and Wood River Valley. With more than a decade of experience in family law, she handles divorce, paternity establishment, custody disputes, guardianships, support modifications, and adoptions, advocating fiercely both in negotiations and in court.

Lisa earned her B.A. in Education and M.S. in Educational Technology from Boise State University, as well as advanced Spanish studies at the Universidad de las Américas in Puebla, Mexico. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she clerked for the Honorable R. Barry Wood and interned at the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable litigation skills early in her career.

In her legal practice, Lisa has represented clients in cases ranging from uncontested support modifications to high-asset divorces involving complex property and business valuations. She has successfully argued before the Idaho Supreme Court, reflecting her skill in both trial and appellate advocacy. She has contributed to the profession by serving on the Continuing Legal Education Committee, grading the Idaho Bar Exam, and participating in the National Conference of Bar Examiners in Madison, Wisconsin.
