Danny Naggiar is a seasoned family law attorney with more than twenty years of experience representing clients in divorce, custody, and support cases. Danny began his education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he completed his undergraduate degree. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000. His academic foundation prepared him for an accomplished legal career that blends both courtroom skill and a strong grasp of financial complexities.

Danny’s career started as a Judge Advocate General officer in the U.S. Army, where he served as Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. He prosecuted cases in federal court and gained trial experience. Following active duty, he became Chief of Legal Assistance for the Department of the Army, guiding thousands of service members and families on family law, criminal law, and estate planning.

Danny has received numerous distinctions throughout his career, including recognition from his peers through an AV Preeminent rating.
