Lindsey G. Mirabella

Lindsey G. Mirabella is an attorney at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, who practices family law. She represents clients in sensitive family matters and works to guide them through the legal process with clear communication and careful attention to their goals.

Lindsey earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in May 2021. She also completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018, earning a B.A. in English and Psychology.

During law school, Lindsey served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Regina A. Scannicchio of the Cook County Domestic Relations Division. She also gained family law experience while working with the Women’s Divorce and Family Law Group by Haid & Teich, LLP.

Lindsey joined Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC in November 2021 after nearly ten years of part-time service to the firm. Her experience with the firm has provided valuable insight into the practice of family law.

Lindsey approaches family law with empathy and understanding. As a fifth-generation family law attorney, she values honest, realistic communication with clients and advocates strongly for the well-being of their children.
