Lindsey F. Munyer

Lindsey F. Munyer is a Partner at Keystone Law Group, P.C., and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. With a strong background in litigation and tax law, Lindsey handles high-value estate disputes, fiduciary representation, and complex probate matters. Her practice spans all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, motion work, and trial. She has represented trustees, beneficiaries, executors, heirs, creditors, and conservators in cases involving estates valued in the tens of millions.

Lindsey earned her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego, graduating magna cum laude. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law, also graduating magna cum laude, and was a member of the Law Review. She later returned to the University of San Diego to complete her LL.M. in Taxation. During her LL.M. studies, she interned at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she successfully argued a tax deficiency case before the Tax Court.

Lindsey has built a distinguished legal career in estate and trust litigation. Her notable matters include complex trust disputes, removal of trustees, and recovery of wrongfully taken trust assets. She has handled claims involving financial elder abuse, breach of trust, invalid estate documents, and surcharge petitions. One of her representative cases led to a published appellate decision and created a new classification of testamentary gifts.
