Linda N. Risinger is the Founding Attorney with decades of experience serving North Texans. Since 1989, she has focused on family law matters across Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties, and has handled cases throughout Texas. Her practice is built on personal attention, steady guidance, and practical legal solutions.
Linda earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1983. She also received her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in 1980. Her strong academic foundation supports her clear, practical approach to resolving family law disputes for individuals and families.
Linda represents clients in divorce, same-sex divorce, and family law, property division, and property agreements. Her practice also includes military family law, child custody & visitation, child support, adoption, and Child Protective Services matters. She handles litigation & appeals with careful preparation and strong courtroom advocacy.
