Linda Lee

Linda Lee is the Managing Attorney at the Immigration Law Office of Los Angeles, where she has been practicing immigration law for 25 years. With a strong focus on business immigration, she represents both employers and employees in securing various visas, including the H-1B, O, L-1, TN, E-1, E-2, and E-3 visas. Linda also assists clients with legal permanent residency applications, including PERM/labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waivers, and EB-5 investor petitions.

Linda holds an A.B. in Political Science from the University of Michigan (1986), a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law (1990), and an L.L.M. in International Business Law from the University of London (1991).

Over the years, Linda has advised executives at multinational corporations, helping them implement immigration strategies for high-tech workers and manage intra-company transfers and EB-1 multinational executive petitions. She has worked with growing start-ups, including one that went public, assisting them with rapid expansion through tailored immigration solutions. Additionally, Linda collaborates with HR departments to provide corporate immigration solutions, offering training and conducting seminars on immigration law.

Linda’s immigration practice goes far beyond business immigration. She regularly represents hospitals, nurses, physicians, professional athletes, corporate executives, scientists, and artists in complex U.S. immigration matters. She also supports international students with the F‑1 visa process and advises high‑net‑worth individuals pursuing U.S. permanent residency through the EB‑5 investor visa program and I‑829 petitions.

Throughout her career, Linda Lee has successfully handled over 4,000 immigration cases, including marriage and fiancé visa cases, naturalizations, and family-based immigration matters. She is also a frequent writer and speaker on immigration law and has held various leadership roles with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
