About
KiKi M. Mosley is an experienced immigration attorney and counselor at law who serves clients in complex immigration and nationality matters. Drawing from her personal and professional experiences, she provides thoughtful legal advocacy in areas such as asylum, removal defense, family-based petitions, employment-based immigration, and naturalization. Her work reflects a deep commitment to justice and client-centered service.
KiKi earned her Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 2000, majoring in Sociology/Anthropology and Black Studies. After graduation, she worked in business development at Orbitz.com and later spent over three years teaching in Tanzania, East Africa. Inspired by immigration experiences within her own family, she earned a Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, graduating in 2010 with certificates in both International and Comparative Law and Public Interest Law.
While in law school, KiKi was an active member of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and the Immigration Law Students Association (ILSA). She also clerked for an immigration firm and worked in the Immigration Law Clinic, solidifying her passion for immigration advocacy. Before opening her own law practice, she served as an associate attorney practicing exclusively in immigration and nationality law.
KiKi is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Louisiana and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), currently serving as the Chicago chapter liaison to the Chicago Asylum Office. She also participates in the Illinois State Bar Association’s International and Immigration Law and Human Rights Law Section Councils, and holds membership with the Chicago and Louisiana Bar Associations.
Through her private practice, KiKi M. Mosley combines legal expertise with personal empathy to support immigrant communities. She devotes approximately 10% of her time to pro bono and volunteer efforts, advocating for those who need it most. Her dedication to human rights and immigration law continues to shape impactful outcomes for individuals and families across the U.S.
