Levin Bracken

Levin Bracken is a real estate attorney and founder of Bracken Law, P.A., serving Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. His practice includes residential and commercial closings, title-related legal issues, real estate litigation, foreclosures, and landlord-tenant disputes. He also advises on civil litigation, contracts, business formation, and estate planning. His clients include buyers, sellers, lenders, and businesses involved in property transactions and commercial legal matters.

Levin earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Tennessee, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. His legal training and courtroom background support work that combines transactional documentation with litigation over contractual obligations, ownership interests, and the responsibilities of parties to property agreements.

Before establishing his own practice in 2013, Levin spent seven years litigating cases at a Destin law firm and serving as a closing attorney for its affiliated title company. He represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts and handled residential and commercial closings. After founding Bracken Law, he continued working on real estate transactions and litigation while expanding services involving business transactions, corporate organization, contracts, foreclosures, and estate planning.

Levin Bracken served in leadership positions with the Okaloosa Bar Association, including president during 2016 and 2017, following earlier terms as vice president, secretary, and treasurer. He has also been active in the Walton County Bar Association and local business organizations. His experience on both the closing and litigation sides of real estate matters gives him a broad view of property-related legal problems. Levin helps Emerald Coast clients address transactions and disputes with knowledge of title work, business obligations, and courtroom proceedings.
