Lawrence Mottola

Mr. Mottola graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. His legal education provided a foundation for courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, and criminal procedure. After law school, he began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. That training supports his ability to evaluate evidence, understand prosecutorial strategy, and guide clients through high-stakes criminal cases.

Mr. Mottola spent more than eight years in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and became a Senior Assistant District Attorney. He successfully tried more than twenty felony cases in Kings County Supreme Court. As a defense lawyer, he has obtained trial acquittals in cases involving attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon, rape, robbery, and assault.
