Laurence G. Bousquet

Laurence G. Bousquet brings decades of experience in business and tax matters, advising clients on acquisitions, sales, mergers, commercial transactions, and organizational planning. Laurence completed his Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College in May 1977 before earning his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in May 1980. During his legal career, he also served as an adjunct faculty member teaching partnership taxation, strengthening his influence in the field through education and mentorship.

Laurence focuses on matters involving partnership taxation, feasibility studies, and enterprise structuring.
