Laura Ramos James

Laura Ramos James is the founder and sole owner of Ramos James Law, PLLC in Austin, Texas. Her practice focuses on personal injury matters involving auto and trucking accidents, commercial vehicle crashes, workplace injuries, product liability, construction accidents, catastrophic injuries, sexual assault, and wrongful death. Laura represents injured individuals and families, helping them understand their rights, evaluate claims, and pursue compensation when negligence or other wrongful conduct causes serious harm.

Laura earned her J.D. with honors from Baylor Law School and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2011. Her legal education provided a strong foundation in trial advocacy, legal analysis, and courtroom preparation. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
