Josh Fogelman

Josh Fogelman is a founding partner of FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers in Austin, Texas. He has practiced personal injury law in Austin since 2009 and represents people injured in accidents and other harmful events. Josh focuses on helping clients understand their rights and responsibilities after an injury and developing practical legal strategies based on their individual circumstances. His approach emphasizes clear guidance and informed decision-making throughout the claims process.

Josh earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2008 and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, he received academic accolades and distinctions that supported his development as a legal advocate. His education provided a foundation in legal analysis, research, writing, and advocacy. This training continues to support his ability to evaluate personal injury claims, explain legal options, and help clients address the practical and legal issues that can follow a serious injury.

After law school, Josh served as a briefing attorney for Justice Harriet O’Neill of the Texas Supreme Court. That experience gave him exposure to appellate analysis, judicial decision-making, and complex legal research before he entered personal injury practice. He later co-founded FVF Law Firm with Aaron Von Flatern. Since then, his work has focused on advising injured clients, assessing their legal options, and developing case strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances and goals.

Josh Fogelman is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar Foundation. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014 through 2021 and as a Texas Super Lawyer beginning in 2022. Josh combines personal injury experience, appellate insight, and practical client service to help injured people pursue informed legal solutions.
