Ms. Smolar earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University before completing her Juris Doctor at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in 2012. Licensed to practice in Florida, Alabama, and Idaho, she has represented clients in both state and federal courts, including complex bankruptcy and Chapter 11 matters. Since joining Elam & Burke in 2024, she has continued to expand her practice in Idaho while serving as local counsel for national clients.

Ms. Smolar’s litigation practice includes defending health care providers, insurers, and businesses in high-risk liability and malpractice claims.
