Kyle Sharp

Kyle Sharp is an attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, and civil rights matters. Kyle earned a B.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University in 2012, graduating cum laude. He later received a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2020, also graduating cum laude. During law school, he concentrated his studies on complex civil litigation, building a strong foundation in legal research, case analysis, and courtroom advocacy. His academic achievements reflected both dedication and a clear interest in resolving challenging legal disputes.

Kyle gained valuable experience while serving as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Trial Division. This role provided firsthand exposure to litigation and government legal practice. He further expanded his courtroom knowledge through an externship with the Honorable Michael H. Simon in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. These experiences helped him develop practical litigation skills and a deeper understanding of judicial decision-making.

Kyle later discovered a passion for representing individuals harmed by the actions of others, including those facing serious injuries or the loss of a loved one. His background and legal training allow him to approach each matter with careful preparation and strategic thinking. Clients value his patience, attentiveness, and willingness to listen closely to their concerns while working toward favorable outcomes.

Kyle remains active in the legal community through membership in the Oregon State Bar, Multnomah Bar Association, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice. Raised in a small Midwestern town, he carries forward lessons of hard work, resilience, and perseverance. Outside the practice of law, he enjoys developing new skills through woodworking and spending time outdoors biking, skiing, and surfing.
