Kyle Israel

Kyle Israel is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and co-founder of Israel & Gerity, PLLC. He focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, construction defects, and negligence cases, as well as commercial and general liability litigation. Known for his courtroom advocacy and strategic legal skills, he has represented a wide range of clients, from individuals to businesses, in complex civil matters throughout Arizona.

Israel earned his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law, where he was honored with the U.S. Law Week Award for Academic Excellence and named Outstanding Oral Advocate. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.

Israel’s career includes arguing the landmark Arizona construction defect case, Lofts at Fillmore v. Reliance, before the Arizona Supreme Court. He has represented homeowners, HOAs, contractors, design professionals, business owners, insurers, and developers in matters involving construction disputes, commercial conflicts, and personal injury litigation. His record includes nearly 100% favorable verdicts at trial, and he is frequently called upon to serve as an arbitrator, mediator, and umpire in civil and insurance disputes.

As the founding chair of the Construction Law Section of the Maricopa Bar, Kyle Israel regularly conducts seminars on construction, engineering, and negligence law.
