Kyle Herbert

Kyle Herbert is a seasoned trial lawyer and founded his own law firm, established in 2008. Based in Texas, Kyle advocates for those with severe injuries caused by others’ negligence. His clients include accident victims and families harmed by corporate misconduct.

Kyle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in 2000 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2003. His legal education laid the foundation for his strong personal injury law practice. His firm also manages a select amount of commercial litigation, representing local companies with integrity.

Kyle’s legal skills have allowed him to represent a diverse clientele. These include elderly clients injured in public spaces and families devastated by corporate negligence, such as in oil field accidents.

Kyle is committed to justice. His aggressive fight against large insurers and multinationals shows this. He ensures his clients get fair treatment and due compensation.

In recognition of his field excellence, Kyle was named a Texas Monthly Rising Star in 2013 and a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer annually from 2014 to 2019. His achievements are further underscored by his active involvement in the legal community.

Kyle is a member and Chairman of the State Bar of Texas District 4 Grievance Committee and holds positions in the Houston and Texas Trial Lawyers Associations.

Kyle is licensed to practice across Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and has a pending nomination with the American Board of Trial Advocates.
