Joseph L. Benson II earned his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000. Before pursuing law, he attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.
