Kyle D. Winey

Kyle D. Winey works with clients who need practical guidance for business and legal disputes. Kyle earned his B.S. in Business from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business, in 2010, graduating cum laude. He later earned his J.D. with a concentration in Securities and Corporations from The George Mason University School of Law in 2013. His education supports his work with businesses, organizations, and individuals.

Kyle began building his legal career through roles that gave him broad experience in public, private, and business-focused settings. He served as Staff Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Leesburg, Virginia, and also worked as an Associate for Surovell Isaacs Petersen & Levy PLC in Fairfax, Virginia courts.

Kyle has additional experience with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of General Counsel, Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division, and the Town of Leesburg’s Office of the Town Attorney. These roles helped him understand how legal, financial, municipal, and business issues can affect clients in everyday decisions and plans.

Kyle is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court. His work often involves helping clients review obligations, manage risk, and respond to legal problems before they grow larger. He brings a careful approach to contract matters, business planning, employment concerns, church and nonprofit needs, and civil disputes with informed planning efficiently.

Kyle has also been recognized as a recipient of Loudoun Business Journal’s Loudoun County Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2016.
