Kyle D. Netterfield

Kyle D. Netterfield is the Managing Partner and a trial lawyer at Ellis, Li & McKinstry PLLC, with experience dating to 1997. He handles business litigation, employment matters, trust and estate litigation, construction disputes, real estate cases, and general litigation. He has tried cases in federal and state courts and has handled numerous private arbitrations. His practice focuses on understanding clients’ objectives and developing litigation strategies around their specific legal and business concerns.

Netterfield earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. He earned his B.A. in Theology from Moody Bible Institute. He further completed training with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is further admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves on the boards of Agros International and National Christian Foundation. His professional background combines firm leadership with decades of trial experience across employment, business, trust and estate, construction, real estate, and general litigation matters.
