Kurt Maier

Kurt Maier is a seasoned personal injury attorney licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee, as well as in federal courts. He represents individuals harmed by catastrophic truck and auto accidents, defective products, and serious negligence. Kurt Maier is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Kurt earned his B.A. from Denison University, building a strong academic foundation. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, earning a J.D. in 1979, where he contributed to the Kentucky Law Journal. His legal education prepared him for a focused career in complex personal injury litigation.

Kurt concentrates his practice on catastrophic truck and auto accidents, defective pharmaceutical products, defective medical devices, construction accidents, electrocutions, and other serious injury claims.
