Kristin A. Binder

Kristin A. Binder is the founder of Revive Law Group and focuses on family law, bringing a clear, client-centered approach to every matter. She began practicing with a multi-specialty firm in Bismarck, where she gained early family law experience and built a strong advocacy style. In 2014, she founded Redmann Law, now known as Revive Law Group. Today, she devotes her practice entirely to family law, offering practical guidance, steady support, and thoughtful representation for clients facing important legal issues and family transitions.

Kristin graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Cloud State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She later earned her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. During law school, she completed externships with Legal Services of North Dakota and the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Fargo. Her education and practical training helped her develop strong skills in research, case preparation, legal writing, and careful analysis for family law matters.

Kristin has built her career on the belief that strong advocacy begins with understanding, empathy, and respect for justice. She handles family law matters with preparation, focus, and attention to each client’s goals. By listening closely and explaining legal options in simple terms, she helps people make informed decisions during stressful times.
