C. Blaine Myers

C. Blaine Myers is an experienced attorney who has served families, businesses, and local governments since 1971. His long-standing legal career reflects a deep understanding of community needs and legal systems. Blaine earned his B.A. from Allegheny College in 1968 and later obtained his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University in 1971. His academic background provided a strong foundation for his legal work and prepared him for a career focused on both public service and private legal matters.

Blaine later served multiple terms as City Attorney for Parkersburg and Williamstown, offering legal guidance on municipal matters. He also worked as Municipal Judge of Parkersburg from 1986–1989 and as an Administrative Law Judge for Workforce West Virginia from 2013–16, strengthening his public legal service experience.
