Korbyn J. Easley is an attorney at Easley & Easley in Claremore, Oklahoma, who represents clients in a broad range of legal matters. Mr. Easley focuses on probate and estate planning, Indian law, general civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law. Before co-founding the firm with his brother, Kevin, he worked for two years as an associate attorney in Rogers County, gaining local experience across multiple practice areas.

Mr. Easley graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focusing on Pre-Law Legal Studies. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2021. While in law school, he was a Cherokee Nation Scholarship recipient and Dean’s Leadership Fellow. He also studied International Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Oxford in England.

Mr. Easley has experience assisting clients with estate matters, family disputes, criminal defense, civil litigation, and tribal law matters. His law school interests included Federal Indian law, Constitutional law, Oil and Gas, and Natural Resource law. During his final year of law school, he earned certification as a Peacemaker, a form of alternative dispute resolution used by various tribal courts.

Korbyn J. Easley also serves as the municipal judge for the town of Chelsea in Rogers County. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. As a Citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Mr. Easley brings a grounded understanding of local communities, tribal issues, and practical legal problem-solving to his work.
