Fletcher Handley is a civil justice attorney with The Handley Law Center in Oklahoma. His practice focuses on personal injury law, including automobile accidents, trucking accidents, toxic exposure, asbestos claims, and other injury matters. He also represents mineral owners in oil and gas sale and lease issues. As a civil and family law mediator, Mr. Handley helps clients address disputes with practical guidance and careful judgment.
Mr. Handley earned a B.A. in Professional Writing from the University of Oklahoma in 1975 and received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1979. His education in writing and legal analysis supports his ability to prepare clear arguments, evaluate complex facts, and explain legal options in ways that help clients understand the issues affecting their cases.
Mr. Handley brings broad courtroom, military, and public service experience to his practice. He served on active duty with the US Navy Patrol Squadron 11 and later entered the Oklahoma Army National Guard, where he was commissioned into the JAG Corps. He retired as Assistant State Judge Advocate for Oklahoma and Military Judge. He has also lectured on trial practice and testified before the US Senate Commerce Committee on insurance legislation.
Fletcher Handley is recognized for trial advocacy, professional leadership, and service to injured clients. His honors include Oklahoma’s Outstanding Young Lawyer, election as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and recognition by the National Trial Lawyers. He has also served in leadership roles with the Oklahoma Association for Justice and Primerus, reflecting a long commitment to civil justice and public service.
