Kjersti previously worked as a compliance attorney for the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, safeguarding investors and strengthening financial market integrity. She also co-chaired the North American Securities Administrators Association Broker-Dealer Operations Project Group, gaining valuable experience in regulation and oversight.
