Kimberly O. Weingart

Kimberly O. Weingart is a dedicated trial attorney focused on helping individuals who have been seriously injured. Her practice includes bicycle, pedestrian, and motor vehicle collisions, as well as construction site injuries and product liability claims. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon in 2000. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating in 2006. Her educational foundation helped shape her detailed approach to litigation and client advocacy.

Kimberly launched her legal career as a judicial clerk for two highly respected Multnomah County judges, the Honorable Ronald E. Cinniger and the Honorable Stephen K. Bushong. Working closely with both judges gave her a strong, inside understanding of courtroom procedure and helped her develop the advanced advocacy skills needed to present persuasive cases to a jury.

Kimberly is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is also a Guardian member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Her involvement in these groups reflects her commitment to ongoing professional development and the broader legal community.
