Kim M. Catullo

Kim M. Catullo is a nationally recognized litigator focusing on products liability, defending high-profile cases across state and federal courts. She represents FORTUNE 50 and 100 companies, managing national class actions and Multidistrict Litigation involving a range of products, from pharmaceuticals to industrial equipment.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. She later earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was Assistant Director of Staffing for the Seton Hall Legislative Law Journal and received the Lordi Scholarship.
