Kiel Duckworth

Kiel Duckworth is the owner and president of Duckworth Law Office, P.C., where he represents clients in complex personal injury litigation and workers’ compensation matters. As a trial lawyer, he has handled hundreds of claims, helping injured people pursue fair resolutions after workplace accidents, serious injuries, and disputed insurance claims throughout Montana.

Kiel earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2011. Before law school, he studied Civil Engineering at Montana State University in Bozeman, graduating with honors in 2008 after beginning his college career at Eckerd College in Florida as a student-athlete, strengthening analytical discipline. His legal career includes early experience with the Bozeman City Attorney’s Office and Carey Law Firm in Missoula. He was sworn in on September 30, 2011, and is licensed to practice in all Montana state courts and the federal U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. His courtroom access supports clients whose claims require negotiation, formal litigation, or trial-ready advocacy in contested legal matters.
