Kevin Shannon

Kevin Shannon is a veteran civil litigator with more than 30 years of legal practice. He has resolved thousands of personal injury and vehicle accident claims, helping injured people pursue fair outcomes after serious harm. His work includes both straightforward claims and complex cases in Federal and state courts.

Kevin is a 1987 cum laude graduate from Murray State University, where he was active in Murray State’s Student Government Association and Lambda Chi Alpha Social Fraternity. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990, where he served as technical editor of the Journal of Mineral Law and Policy.

Kevin handles personal injury matters involving automobile accidents, wrongful death, product liability, tractor-trailer/ semi accidents, river/maritime injuries, and workers’ compensation. His practice has focused on guiding clients through difficult claims, explaining legal options, and seeking successful resolutions for people affected by negligence, unsafe products, workplace injuries, or serious crashes.

Kevin is admitted to the Kentucky Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
