Kevin Meenan

Kevin Meenan is a trial lawyer and founding member of Meenan Lariviere Law in Pasadena, California. Admitted to practice in 1978, he has dedicated his career to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters throughout California and in other states as pro hac vice counsel.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1978, where he served as Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review. His academic and editorial experience helped shape his analytical and advocacy skills early in his legal career.

Kevin has handled complex injury and wrongful death cases involving catastrophic harm and significant financial loss. He represents consumers and small businesses, often on a contingency fee basis, and has litigated matters in multiple jurisdictions, including Alaska, Colorado, Illinois, and Florida.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been active in prominent professional organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Boards of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the American Association for Justice.

Kevin also served as Editor-in-Chief of “Advocate,” CAALA’s monthly magazine distributed to thousands of California lawyers and judges. In addition, he has published numerous articles on trial practice and has been an invited speaker at professional seminars and legal conventions.
