Kevin Kennedy

Kevin earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School. After law school, he spent three years with the Nashville-Davidson County District Attorney’s Office. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. He first worked in the Domestic Violence Division, prosecuting domestic-related charges. He later joined the Criminal Court Division 1 team, where he prosecuted complex violent felonies and other criminal matters. His prosecutorial experience included handling cases from initial investigation and arrest through courtroom proceedings and criminal jury trials.

Kevin served as lead prosecutor on numerous first-degree murder cases while working at the District Attorney’s Office. After leaving prosecution, he entered private practice with a focus on criminal defense.
