Kevin K. McCormick

Kevin K. McCormick is a skilled attorney who focuses on corporate and business law, along with commercial and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. He serves as corporate or general counsel to many businesses, guiding them through complex disputes and legal challenges with clear strategy and practical advice.

Kevin earned his B.A. (2001), Magna Cum Laude, Political Science and History & Honors Program – Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was a George F. Kennan History Fellowship recipient and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha & Phi Alpha Theta Academic Fraternities. He later obtained his J.D. (2005), Cum Laude, with Honors and Intellectual Property Concentration – Valparaiso Univ. School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana. During law school, he was an Honors Program Scholar, earned Intellectual Property Course Honors, and served as Editor of the VUSL Law Review (2004-2005).

Kevin represents businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. His experience includes breach of contract, fraud, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership dissolution, and other complex business disputes. He works closely with clients to protect their interests and resolve matters efficiently while minimizing risk to their operations.

Kevin also provides comprehensive transactional services that support business growth and stability.
