Kevin D. Bernstein

Kevin D. Bernstein is a Memphis attorney and the managing member at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, with a broad litigation practice covering commercial disputes, insurance matters, construction claims, and civil litigation. His experience includes catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product liability, transportation matters, and complex lawsuits and disputes. He represents clients in business litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, subrogation, real estate matters, and property disputes. Kevin earned his B.A. from Memphis State University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies before pursuing his legal education at the University of Memphis.

Kevin serves as a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator after completing the required course of study. His litigation practice includes work before Tennessee and Arkansas trial and appellate courts.
