Glenn D. Everton

Glenn D. Everton is a Memphis attorney and a member of Griffin, Clift, Everton & Maschmeyer, PLLC, whose practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate law, contracts, and business law. He has spent more than four decades advising clients on property and business matters. His work includes purchases, sales, leases, financing arrangements, and other transactions involving commercial real estate. He represents clients across the Mid-South in matters requiring detailed knowledge of real estate documentation, financing structures, and closing requirements.

Glenn earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He later received his J.D. from Memphis State University. His academic background prepared him for a career centered on transactional work involving real estate, contracts, financing, and business matters.
