Kevin Crosby is a board-certified intellectual property attorney with more than three decades of experience representing clients in all areas of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law. Practicing exclusively in intellectual property since 1987, he provides strategic counsel to individuals, inventors, and businesses across the United States, helping them protect and enforce their creative and technological innovations.
Kevin earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987. As a registered patent attorney, he is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in all state and federal courts throughout Florida. His deep understanding of both technical and legal issues enables him to advise clients effectively on the development, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property assets.
Throughout his distinguished career, Kevin has obtained hundreds of patents, trademarks, and copyright registrations, and has represented clients in complex disputes involving infringement and unfair competition. His practice includes conducting patentability and infringement investigations, managing reissue and reexamination proceedings, and handling inter partes matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also provides guidance on licensing, software development, work-for-hire, and technology transfer agreements.
