Kerry Eaton

Kerry Eaton, CPA, ESQ., is a business-focused attorney who advises for-profit and non-profit organizations across Nevada. Her practice at Eaton. Kerry has a legal career that is strengthened by her prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Before practicing law, she worked in audit and attest services with international gaming companies at Arthur Andersen LLP. She also served as an internal auditor for Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. These roles gave her deep insight into financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls, which she continues to apply in her legal practice today.
