Kenyatta R. Bethea brings over two decades of civil litigation experience, representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, property disputes, and bad faith insurance claims. His practice also includes advising and defending religious entities in matters involving premises liability, First Amendment claims, and organizational governance.

Kenyatta earned both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, graduating from the College of Law. He is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, federal district courts in Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

In addition to civil litigation, Kenyatta advises religious organizations on legal compliance, policy drafting, employment practices, and internal governance. His background includes developing constitutions, bylaws, employee handbooks, and severance agreements, making him a trusted advisor for faith-based institutions.

Recognized by Oklahoma Super Lawyers from 2021 to 2025 and formerly named a Rising Star, Kenyatta is widely respected in Oklahoma’s legal community. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Association for Justice Advisory Board.
