Kenny McGrain

Kenny McGrain is a dedicated attorney with experience in both civil and criminal law. He currently focuses on representing people who have been injured, offering strong legal support to help them through tough situations. Kenny has worked on a wide range of cases, including auto accidents, slips and falls, dog bites, sexual assaults, and medical malpractice. His goal is always to fight for the best outcome for his clients.

Kenny earned his B.A. in Business Management from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business in 2017. He then received his J.D., graduating cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2021.

While in law school, Kenny participated in the Trial Practice Institute, where he developed valuable skills in handling civil and criminal court cases. He was awarded the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for earning the highest grade in his Health Care Fraud & Abuse class. In addition to his academic success, he also helped his team win an intramural basketball championship, showing his strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Before joining Mike Morse Law Firm, Kenny built a strong foundation in personal injury law at an East Lansing law firm. His legal experience spans family law, cannabis law, general civil litigation, and criminal defense. He also served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of East Lansing for nine months, where he prosecuted misdemeanors and managed local code enforcement matters.
