Kenneth W. Demers

Kenneth W. Demers is a Detroit attorney with nearly three decades of courtroom experience. His primary focus is landlord-tenant law, including evictions, lease agreements, security deposit disputes, and housing discrimination claims. He also represents clients in criminal defense, consumer law, title disputes, quiet title actions, and tax foreclosure matters. Kenneth earned a B.A. from Siena Heights College in 1989 before receiving his J.D. from Detroit College of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1996.
