Kenneth R. Rampino is an attorney who focuses his practice on elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning. He advises individuals and families on strategies to protect assets, plan for long-term care, and create effective estate plans that address both financial and personal needs.
Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, graduating magna cum laude in 1995. He later received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University Law School in 2008, where he served as an editor and contributing author for The Roger Williams Law Review.
Kenneth also holds a Master’s in International Development from Brandeis University and a Master of Taxation from Bryant University. His advanced education supports his work in complex estate and tax planning matters.
Kenneth is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel, WealthCounsel, and the Probate and Trust Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
Before becoming an attorney, Kenneth R. Rampino served as a high school teacher and a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, experiences that reflect his long-standing commitment to service and community.
