Kelsey Grodzicki

Kelsey Grodzicki is a lawyer and managing partner at Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC, focused on complex civil litigation, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy law. He represents clients in contract disputes, quiet title actions, lien priority matters, collections, and claims involving landlords, lenders, title insurers, and individuals. His work further includes advising companies, lenders, and title insurance businesses on federal and state regulatory issues and related litigation.

Kelsey earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University. He later attended Stetson University College of Law, where he received his J.D. His education prepared him for a career involving litigation, real estate disputes, regulatory matters, and commercial claims. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee, along with multiple federal district and appellate courts.

Kelsey has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts, including matters before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. His practice includes commercial collections, breach of contract claims, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, embezzlement, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes. He previously served as the managing attorney overseeing litigation at a mid-sized Atlanta law firm.

Kelsey Grodzicki serves as Managing Partner and remains active in the Atlanta Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia. He serves on the Executive Committee of the State Bar’s Real Property Law Section. He authored the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Georgia Real Estate Litigation and contributes real estate guidance for LexisNexis. His work combines litigation, regulatory counseling, writing, and professional leadership.
