Beth E. Rogers

Beth E. Rogers is a lawyer and founder of Rogers Law Offices, focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law, litigation, and debtor-creditor matters. Her practice includes commercial litigation, foreclosure and related alternatives, landlord-tenant disputes, and collection matters. She represents national and regional lenders, creditors’ committees, corporations, and individuals. She founded her practice in 2008 and has concentrated on providing legal solutions for clients facing financial and commercial disputes.

Beth earned her B.A. in Humanities from Antioch College. She later attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she received her J.D. During law school, she served as managing editor of the University of Dayton Law Review. Her legal education prepared her for a career involving bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, litigation, and complex commercial matters.

Beth has practiced in creditor-focused litigation and bankruptcy matters throughout her career. Her professional affiliations include the State Bar of Georgia, American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association, and Atlanta Bar Association. She has served on the board of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Solo Practice and Small Firm Section. She has further presented seminars on bankruptcy law, litigation, receiverships, and relief from stay matters.

Beth E. Rogers is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee. Her federal admissions include all three US District Courts in Georgia and the US Supreme Court. She is further admitted before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Her work combines creditors’ rights representation, bankruptcy knowledge, and commercial litigation experience with ongoing involvement in professional and civic organizations.
