About

Kelly S. O’Reilly is a founding shareholder of Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC, and an immigration attorney based in Orange, California. His practice is devoted to U.S. immigration law, including family-based and employment-based immigration, lawful permanent residency, naturalization, waivers, asylum, and removal defense. Mr. O’Reilly represents families, individuals, businesses, athletes, and other clients seeking practical guidance through complex immigration procedures and government requirements.

Mr. O’Reilly earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He also received federal immigration training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia, where he graduated with honors. Before entering private practice, Mr. O’Reilly served as a District Adjudications Officer with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service from 1997 to 1999. He adjudicated employment-based and family-based permanent residency applications, work and travel authorization requests, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization matters, and marriage fraud interviews. He also participated on a federal panel addressing complex Immigration Service issues. This government experience gives him practical insight into immigration procedures and agency decision-making.

Kelly S. O’Reilly is admitted to practice in California, several U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional memberships include the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
