About
Adam Solow is an immigration lawyer and partner with more than 15 years of experience representing individuals and families in complex immigration matters. His practice focuses on removal defense, family-based immigration, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, and relief for victims of crime. He advocates for clients before U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and other Department of Homeland Security agencies.
Solow earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova Law School in 2006. While in law school, he participated in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services, gaining practical experience with humanitarian immigration matters. He received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. This education and clinical training provided a strong foundation for analyzing complicated immigration issues and protecting clients facing high-stakes proceedings.
Solow’s litigation experience includes asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and complex waiver cases. Solow also assists clients with marriage-based adjustment applications, naturalization, consular processing, and U visas. In federal court, he handles writs of mandamus, naturalization petitions, and habeas corpus petitions. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, federal district courts in both states, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits.
Adam Solow is a former chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, he can communicate directly with a broad range of clients as they navigate sensitive legal challenges. His work combines extensive courtroom and agency experience with dedicated advocacy, helping clients and their families pursue lawful status, defend against removal, and move forward with their immigration goals.
