Kelly M. Neville is Of Counsel at Brown & Hiser LLC in Laramie, Wyoming, where she focuses on banking, business, and estate planning. Kelly chartered a de novo bank in 2006 and later served as general counsel through three major acquisitions and expansion into a regional institution. Before a later acquisition, she spent five years as in-house counsel, senior compliance officer, and risk manager and held the Certified Regulatory Compliance Management credential. She has extensive experience administering probates and trusts and implementing estate plans for clients dealing with complicated family, asset, or fiduciary circumstances.
