Kelly J. McNerney Quardokus is the founder and principal attorney of Q Elderlaw, PLC, providing expert legal services in elder law, estate planning, and long-term care planning. With nearly two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping seniors and people with disabilities protect their rights and plan for the future. Kelly’s practice focuses on estate and trust administration, disability rights, and advocacy for vulnerable populations in Southwest Michigan.
Kelly J. M. Quardokus earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating cum laude. She also completed the specialized Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Before that, she received her B.A. from Western Michigan University with honors, majoring in psychology and sociology.
Kelly has worked in both large and small firm settings and has significant experience with statewide nonprofit organizations, including the Michigan State Bar Foundation and the Michigan Office of the State Long Term Care Ombudsman throughout her career. She remains active in professional legal communities as a member of the State Bar of Michigan, particularly its Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, where she served as chair. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a Supporting Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.
Kelly J.
