Keith R. Nachbar

Keith R. Nachbar is a Casper attorney who has practiced law in central Wyoming since 1994. His work includes criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law, guardianships, adoption, real estate and easements, collections, commercial disputes, contracts, contested estates, construction matters, tax disputes, and professional licensing. He represents clients in municipal, state, and federal courts and handles appeals, giving his practice a broad trial and dispute-resolution focus across Wyoming.

Mr. Nachbar attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated magna cum laude. His background has also included judicial training through the National Judicial College during his service in Casper’s municipal court system.

He previously served as an assistant contract public defender and as a part-time Casper municipal judge for 18 years.
